2026 Spring Bee Colonies - 5 Frame Nucs

We are taking orders for nucs to be picked up from Fallentimber Meadery Farm Location. The pickup dates will be scheduled on Saturdays from early to mid June, and will be confirmed in advance. (Please disregard date on confirmation email, we will be in contact for pick up dates and times!)

Whether you are new to beekeeping or looking for a local supply of spring bees to replace overwinter losses, we've got you covered.

With the nuc you get a strong starter colony and mated queen, on 5 one-piece deep frames with drawn comb in a temporary box for transport.  The nuc will consist of 2 to 3 frames of honey & pollen and 2 to 3 frames of brood at various stages of development.  The nucs will be ready to transfer into a full sized hive immediately so that the colony can build up ahead of the main summer honey flow.

Pickup will be scheduled in early JUNE once the colonies are strong enough and as weather permits.
